There are non-contact and contact seals for the sealing of the main shaft components. The seal can prevent the entry of dust, chips and cutting fluid, and can prevent the leakage of lubricating oil. For non-contact seals, it is necessary to ensure that the return oil can be drained as soon as possible and the oil return hole is unobstructed; for contact seals, pay attention to check ageing and damage.

2. Lubrication of the main shaft components of the tube laser cutting machine

A circulating lubrication system can ensure a good lubrication effect and reduce friction and heating. At the same time, it can also take away the heat of the spindle assembly, so it is widely used. The circulating lubrication system uses a hydraulic pump to provide strong oil lubrication, and an oil temperature controller is used to control the temperature of the oil in the tank. The lubrication of the main shaft components is to reduce the operating temperature of the bearing and prolong the service life.

Generally speaking, grease and oil circulating lubrication are used for low speed; oil mist and oil-air lubrication are used for high speed. But it is worth noting that too much grease can easily aggravate the heating of the spindle. Therefore, when adding lubricating grease, an appropriate capacity must be selected.
