1. Determine the materials to be processed. Fix the material flat on the processing machine, and then determine the stability of the material placement, so as not to shake during the cutting process, resulting in the cutting accuracy not meeting the requirements.
2. Operate the console, input the cutting pattern of the product, and parameters such as the thickness of the cutting material, then adjust the cutting head to the appropriate focus position, and then adjust the nozzle to center.
3. Start the voltage stabilizer and the chiller, and set the water temperature and water pressure of the chiller.
4. Turn on the laser, and then turn on the machine tool. Although the above four points are very brief, in the actual operation process, it takes a lot of time to practice and become familiar with the details of each operation.
1. There is no response when the fiber laser cutter is turned on
(1) Check whether the power fuse is burned out: Replace the fuse.
(2) Check whether the power input is normal: Check the power input and make it normal.
(3) Check whether the main power switch is damaged: Replace the main power switch.
2. The fiber laser cutter has no laser output or the laser is very weak
(1) Check whether the optical path is shifted: Adjust the optical path carefully.
(2) Check whether the focal length of the device has changed: Re-adjust the focal length.
(3) Check whether the laser tube is damaged or aged: Replace the laser tube.
(4) Check whether the laser power supply is powered on: Check the laser power supply circuit to make it normal.
(5) Check whether the laser power supply is damaged: Replace the laser power supply.
(6) Check whether the processing parameters of the fiber laser cutter are set correctly (such as layout, etc.): Reset the corresponding parameters.
(7) Check whether the processing program is written normally: Check the written processing program and modify it until it is normal.
